Payment Policy

CitiMart offers a wide range of payment methods which includes Cash/Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Cards and Mobile Financial Services to choose from for online and offline purchases to make payment smooth and convenient. Please note, all of your orders must be paid in full (except cash on delivery) before they are processed for delivery.

Cash/Cash on Delivery

We accept Cash/Cash on Delivery payments for purchase at all CitiMart stores/Home deliveries. Please note, Cash on Delivery service is only available Inside Dhaka. For Outside Dhaka, you have to pay the courier service before collecting the product. 

Debit/Credit Cards

CitiMart accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and DBBL Nexus. Please note, you might be requested proof of identity.

Mobile Financial Services

You will also have the privilege of using Bkash, Rocket and Nagad.
