King Push has been officially been rapping in the industry for 20 years. I know that he’s been spittin’ bars for quite some time, but it feels surreal to actually say it aloud to myself. Terrance Thornton aka Pusha T has seamlessly flourished in 3 decades (the 90’s, 00’s, and 10’s) without compromising the quality of his content to adhere to the current sound of each era of hip-hop. After a successful, yet incredibly underrated and under appreciated run with The Clipse, Pusha Ton started the next chapter of his storied career by launching a solo venture with G.O.O.D. Music in 2010.

Fast forward several years of hard work and consistent output, Pusha T is now the President of G.O.O.D. Music. On top handling the responsibilities of his new found Cabinet position, Pusha T was extremely busy putting new verses left and right. Below, check out a compilation of some of his best features of 2016. Having dropped a brief, yet high-quality project at the end of 2015, becoming increasingly political, and prepping his next studio album with an impending release for 2017, it’s hard to knock the (legal) hustle of Push.

EGHCK.

All of these tracks have conveniently been placed in one location for you listening pleasure. Check out the mini-YouTube playlist right here and for Apple Music listeners, you can find a playlist of these very songs right here.

Common – Black America Again {Remix} (feat. Gucci Mane, Pusha T & BJ The Chicago Kid)

I confess, I’ve been part of the problem
As of lately, I’m tryin’ to solve ’em
I sold dope and I still talk the jargon
Just like Malcolm ‘fore the X was on him

All these years later, we still the target
Look at Ferguson, Brooklyn and Charlotte
Sellin’ CDs, reachin’ for wallets
Trayvon’d be in his last year of college
I still mourn for Christopher Wallace
What happened in Dallas does not give me solace
So I acknowledge my flaws, apolige

Hey young world, just givin’ you the knowledge

Baauer – Kung Fu (feat. Pusha T & Future)
